This one's special to me. I'll be deep into reflection mode, and I hope you'll be able to come to this session with that same calm, grounded, introspective mindset. Cup of coffee or tea in hand, and maybe you'll be able to take some time just for you after our session, too... time to think, journal, plan... or just to bask in contentment... whatever feels right for you as we wrap up 2025 together.

Can't wait to see you... we'll send you a calendar invite with the Zoom link and will email you a reminder before the live session.

While you're waiting, see if you can block off a chunk of time either before our after our live session for rest, reflection and reset.
