Who is Coach Shelly?

Shelly Leslie is a reinvention and personal transformation coach guided by curiosity, creativity, and courage—developed from her career and experiences that shaped the reinventions throughout her own life. Her coaching is designed for women who are hungry for change, standing at the edge of redirection or full reinvention, and ready to step forward with intention. Drawing from a dynamic media career in leadership, creative strategy, and storytelling, Shelly helps clients ask better questions, imagine new possibilities, and take brave, aligned action. She creates an emotionally safe, supportive, and energizing space where insight meets momentum, and clarity leads to confidence. Career Highlights

Shelly’s a 17-time Emmy award winning producer and creative director. Among her media accomplishments is executive producer of a 5-part documentary series sold to Amazon, and two global podcasts. She’s the former co-owner of a creative agency, repeat guest speaker at Meredith College, and non-profit marketing consultant.

A proud Raleigh, NC native, she’s the “outside wife” to her “inside wife” Cindy, with a remarkably blended family of grown children, and “wasbands.” They have four beautiful grandsons under 4 years old, and a dog named Spirit. She loves kayak fishing, cycling, NFL football, music, dancing, and helping people.
