As professional coaches and leadership development experts, we've seen our share of burned out high performers. So many of us are running at full tilt as if we're in a race —and somebody keeps moving the finish line.
During the course, you'll have the option to join two group coaching sessions, one on Rest and one on Recovery. These intentional sessions are held in the evening, and you're encouraged to light a candle, get into comfy clothes and pour yourself a cup of tea.
As your guides, we're excited to lead you into a place of restoration.
Together we'll laugh. We'll shed burdens. You might even cry a little. It's all okay. Together we'll get to the other side of burnout— and you'll emerge refreshed and equipped for victory.

Living Beyond Burnout is my personal creation, and I'm excited to share it with you. It's crafted from the foundation of my lived experience, interviews with burnout recovery experts and time spent coaching high performing achievers.
